Sweaty Self-Defense
Empowerment is the process of becoming stronger and more confident, especially in controlling one's life and claiming one's rights. As women, we have a lot on our plates. We juggle our careers, home life, and our passions and we find it hard to balance the weight we carry. In addition to all of life's distractions, we also carry the burden of falling victim to assault more frequently than men. 1 in 3, that's the estimated number of women who are, at some point in their lives, either sexually or physically assaulted. I want to help you build the skills necessary to protect yourself and your loved ones.

Sweaty, Safe, and Strong Bootcamp
Overall physical fitness is essential to self-defense. You must have the aerobic capacity to fight and to run away.
You'll gain this by attending the small group combo of HIIT training and self-defense. We will continue to gain practical self-defense skills, practice learned skills, and get an intense full-body workout. My program is designed to boost your strength, endurance, and awareness. All fitness levels are welcome, and exercises can be modified to support you.
