Bootcamp is a 6-week program proven to get you fit and give you tools to create and maintain healthy lifestyle habits. Join us each week for effective and efficient workouts that combine High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Tabata training. Our small group approach will give you the personalization and camaraderie to succeed with reaching your health and fitness goals. All fitness levels are welcome as the workouts can be tailored to empower even the most novice exerciser.

As your coach, I can help keep you on track by staying in contact with you outside our workouts to help keep you motivated and answer questions. It is my passion to help others seek overall health and wellness! I understand the hardest part starts when you leave the workout, so I want to be there for you every step of your journey.

A little about the workout: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) has been shown to be a very effective method for weight loss and cardiovascular fitness. HIIT alternates between short intervals of high exertion and recovery. Studies have shown that interval training burns up to 5 times more calories after the exercise is over than traditional methods, maximizing your efforts!

In additions to the workouts, we will work on the Three Pillars of Wellness: behavior change, nutritional support, and movement throughout the day to help you create sustainable changes in your life for overall wellness. This is what sets our program apart from your typical bootcamp.  Reaching your fitness goals is about so much more than just working out. Exercise is only part of overall wellness, the rest is what you do during the other 23 hours of the day.
